Since the founding of the United States, Americans have been enjoying their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness in what I call a “Bill of Rights Economy.” This is because of the guaranteed entrepreneurism that is encouraged by the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution that make up the Bill of Rights.
Indeed, the Bill of Rights is a “freedom blueprint” that encourages, supports, and protects American entrepreneurism.
In each of the first ten amendments, I’ve identified five “entrepreneurial enablers.” These 50 entrepreneurial enablers are the foundation of America as an Entrepreneurial Republic that has continually expanded since 1791. The United States’ continual entrepreneurial power in the world is the result of its Bill of Rights Economy.
